Szenzortechnika Kft. – Advanced technology for the safe environment

Our company was founded in 1997. In 1999, we transformed it into Szenzortechnika Kft., which still operates today, with the main activity of developing and manufacturing gas detection devices that perform life and property protection tasks. The founders, who are currently leading our company, are specialists in gas detection. After the launch, in 1999, the brand name SENS-EX was born as an abbreviation of the term „SENSOR EXPERT.

Szenzortechnika has a wide product range for detection of various gases and vapours. We have extensive experience of systems for cost effective and safe gas detection. We aim to offer reliable and cost effective solutions for applications where gas detection is essential. Szenzortechnika combines high and specific skills about applications with professional service and training. An early detection of a gas leakage is essential for safety, economy and especially the environment.

2001

Our first product is ready, the carbon monoxide detection system (to prevent CO poisoning in the air space of garages).

To increase the trust of our customers we introduced the ISO9001 quality management system.

Our calibration laboratory received the accredited status from the National Accreditation Board (NAT, currently NAH).

In potentially explosive areas, for the detection of various dangerous gases, we developed explosion-proof gas detection equipment certified by BKI ExVÁ.

Our new multi-channel, modular, micro-controller signal processing central unit.

2006

We have improved our traditional carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and combustible gas detectors with serial wiring, which have become low energy.

2013

We have created a new type of explosion-proof (ATEX) gas transmitters using semiconductor, catalytic, chemical cell and infrared sensors.

The increase in customer demand due to our excellent products made it necessary to expand our production capacity, for which we moved our company to Sóskút, Pest county.

2020

The National Accreditation Authority (NAH) renewed the accredited status of our calibration laboratory (EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018) under number NAH-2-0351/2020.

Our SENS-EX TG/A transmitter enclosure of industrial design has been qualified by ÉMI-TÜV SÜD Kft. (registration number R-1794219) according to the EN 60529:2015 standard.
