The engineers of Szenzortechnika have developed a dual transmitter, unique in Europe, which not only meets the EN 50545-1 standard 100 percent, but also has a TÜV certificate.

Let’s see what the device can do and why it is the perfect choice for gas detection in garages.

What exactly is this dual sensor?
The SENS-EX TG/A-E-CONO2-A-GS addressable carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxide dual gas sensor transmitter.

The addressable, electrochemical dual gas detector of industrial design conforms to the EN 50545-1 standard. According to the standard, it can be used in indoor garages, tunnels and places where carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides may occur.

Most important technical information:

  • Detected gases:
    • CO. Measuring range: 0-300 ppm
    • NO2: 0-30 ppm
    • NO: 0-100ppm.
  • Sensor output signal: SENS-EX-V
  • Operating temperature: -20°C – +50°C
  • Operating pressure: 900 -1100 mBar
  • Operating humidity: 15 – 90 rH%
  • Protection (IEC 529): IP54
  • Signal processing: Microprocessor
  • Type of sensor built in: Electrochemical
  • The expected lifetime of the sensor is 5-10 years
  • Sampling method: Diffusion

Why SENS-EX TG/A-E-CONO2-A-GS is the best choice?

There are many dual transmitter solutions available on the market, but not all of them comply with the EN 50545-1 standard. Legislation does not prescribe the standard compliance of the gas detector, so in some places the contractor can use low-quality solutions in order to reduce costs.

We, at Szenzortechnika are not willing to compromise when it comes to lives and quality. By using our dual transmitter, you protect lives with a certified solution that fully complies with the standard, while you don’t have to worry about the quality of the detection.
